Using my knowledge of East-meets-West nutrition, fitness practices, mindfulness techniques and ways to reduce our environmental toxic load to aid mental & physical well-being, I will create a coaching programme bespoke to you & your health requirements.

I have trained up to an Advanced standard in Holistic Massage and Deep Tissue massage at the School of Natural Therapies in London. So that you get the most out of your treatment, I will identify specific areas of the body that may require deeper work due to muscle tension & stiffness.

Natural Face Lift Massage is a holistic & natural approach to achieving a younger look, without the use of needles or chemicals. The treatment uses lymph drainage and light lifting techniques in order to tone & lift the facial muscle, reduce wrinkles and also create a glowing complexion, whilst aiding relaxation along the way. The treatment is completely pain-free and effective after the first session.

Oncology Massage, also often referred to as ‘Light Touch Massage’, is a bespoke treatment, designed to meet the unique requirements of a person who has been diagnosed with cancer, is undergoing cancer treatment, or has done in the past 5 years. It is a deeply relaxing massage, which helps to assist in the client’s healing process by encouraging the bodily systems to reside in a state of homeostasis (internal balance).

Seated Acupressure Massage is extremely rejuvenating and works over the body’s Acupressure points and Meridian lines, allowing your employees to experience holistic, as well as, physical benefits. This form of massage is ideal for the workplace as the treatment, whilst being extremely effective, only takes 20 minutes and employees can remain fully clothed.
