I have trained up to an Advanced standard in Holistic Massage and Deep Tissue massage at the School of Natural Therapies in London. So that you get the most out of your treatment, I will identify specific areas of the body that may require deeper work due to muscle tension & stiffness. I will adapt the treatment to your requirements, making use of various Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Hot stones & Thai Yoga techniques, depending on how relaxed or invigorated you would like to feel afterwards. All treatments 60 mins & upwards will all include Hot Stones as standard (weather dependent during the Summer months).
