I am a fully qualified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach and Women's Hormone Alignment Practitioner, having studied extensively with the Academy of Healing Nutrition (AHN). 

Using my knowledge of East-meets-West nutrition, fitness practices, mindfulness techniques and ways to reduce our environmental toxic load to aid mental & physical well-being, I will work with you for the period of time you select, creating a coaching programme bespoke to you & your unique health requirements.

We will catch up regularly, either in person or via video call and you will be able to contact me between your scheduled calls for advice & motivation, if required.

As a coach, I will gradually guide you down the path to longevity & healing, offering an easy-to-follow programme bespoke to you, containing diet & lifestyle changes for you to implement into your life in order to promote healing within the body, improve your overall well-being and bring your hormones back into balance.

We will work together and communicate regularly so that the programme fully supports your needs and is not in any way too overwhelming.

All that you'd need to bring to the table is a willingness to become a far healthier, more vital, thriving version of yourself and the discipline inside of you to allow this to happen.

Holistic Recovery & Support Programme - 8 weeks

This is the most supportive option and is designed for people who want to be properly held through the healing process. We'd work together for 8 weeks, meeting in-person or via Zoom call every 2 weeks. During each session, we would review how your body is responding to the programme so far, make relevant adjustments as needed and I would then guide you through the next phase, step-by-step.

This programme also includes 2 hands-on body therapy treatments to support your nervous system & recovery. It would allow us to work at a pace that is sustainable & supportive, so that changes are integrated gradually and feel realistic long-term. It works best for those suffering with more chronic conditions.

What's included?

  • 90 min initial consultation in-person or via Zoom to discuss health history, health condition, symptoms of ill-health, current diet & lifestyle, patterns of behaviour, health goals and passions.

  • An 8 week health programme bespoke to you & your unique health goals & requirements, containing guidance on nutrition, fitness practices, mindfulness techniques, reducing your environmental toxic load and a 7 step hormone balancing protocol as needed.

  • 4x90 min fortnightly coaching sessions either in-person or via Zoom to debrief on progress so far, overcome any barriers to success and to talk through the guidance for the coming week.

  • 2x60 min hands-on treatments as needed.

  • Ongoing support from me between sessions via email & text message (within normal working hours, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). I will regularly reach out to you and you can reach out to me at any time.

  • 30 min catch up call via Zoom during week 9 to wrap up the programme and answer any final queries.

  • Overall, you will benefit from continuity, reassurance & sustainable life adjustments throughout this programme.

2 monthly instalments @ £297.50 (1st instalment before programme begins, 2nd instalment at the beginning of week 5)

Guided Health Reset Programme - 4 weeks

This option includes ongoing support whilst you start putting your personalised holistic health & hormone alignment plan into practice. We would work together for 4 weeks, with 2x75-90 min sessions, either in-person or via Zoom call, in order for me to check in with you, adjust the programme as needed and make sure that what you are doing feels manageable & supportive, rather than overwhelming.

This programme includes 1xhands-on body therapy treatment. It is a good middle-ground if you'd like guidance & accoundtability within a clearly structured, short-term framework, which you can carry with you & practice for the rest of your life.

What's included?

  • Guided implementation of your personalised health roadmap with accountability & support over 4 weeks, all at a realistic pace.

  • A health programme bespoke to you & your unique health goals & requirements, containing guidance on nutrition, fitness practices, mindfulness techniques, reducing your environmental toxic load and a 7 step hormone balancing protocol as needed.

  • 2x75-90 min coaching sessions, either in-person or via Zoom call.

  • 1x60 min hands-on body therapy treatment as needed.

  • Support available from me between sessions via email or text message if needed (within normal working hours, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). You will be able to reach out to me.

Foundations for Recovery - 1 session

This is a one-off, in-depth session where we will look at the bigger picture of what is going on for you in terms of energy levels, digestion, stress & lifestyle. I will then create a clear, personalised plan for you to work through at your own pace.

It is ideal for those who would like professional guidance & clarity, but you are happy to implement the advice on your own, without ongoing support.

What's included?

  • A single 60-90 min, deep-dive session, either in-person or via Zoom call.

  • A clear, phased health programme bespoke to you & your unique health goals & requirements, containing guidance on nutrition, fitness practices, mindfulness techniques, reducing your environmental toxic load and a 7 step hormone balancing protocol as needed.

  • Any follow-ups, additional coaching or hands-on body therapy treatments will be an additional charge.
